Frances Blanche Teter, age 75, of Douglas, passed away in Converse County Memorial Hospital on July 28, 1976. She taught school in Douglas for several years before her marriage. She married George "Everett" Teter in Kearney, Nebraska on June 3, 1931 and returned to Douglas to take up her duties as a housewife while her husband worked as a mechanic for Ford garage. She is survived by her husband, Everett Teter, presently residing in Sheridan; two sons, Joe Teter (Joseph Everett Teter) of Baker, Oregon and Tom Teter (Thomas William Teter) of Douglas; two sisters, Grace Mills of Sacramento, California; and Laura Houder of Dunning, Nebraska and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters. (Information was obtained from her obituary and cemetery records.)
