Alice Payne Bilbo was born in Rustin, Louisiana to Mr. and Mrs. Payne.
She attended Pasagoula High School in Mississippi where she graduated.
After graduating, she met Oscar Bilbo and married him in 1956. To this union, three children were born. Two sons preceded her in death.
After marriage, Alice moved to Fresno, California where she resided until her death.
She attended Fresno Barber College and went on to be a Medical Transcriber at University Medical Center.
She will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her. She leaves to mourn her passing a loving and devoted husband, Oscar Bilbo; one son, Lonnie Bilbo; five brothers-in-law, one sister-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held at Lisle Calaveras Chapel on Wednesday, March 21, 2007, at 1:00 p.m.
Interment will be at Belmont Memorial Park.
