Mrs. Winslow was born in Princess Anne County, and was the widow of James A. Winslow Sr. She was a member of Mount Zion Community Church, Norfolk.
Survivors include four daughters, Diana Winslow, Cathy Winslow, Olivia Mirpuri and Myra Lisa Jones, all of Norfolk; four sons, James A. Winslow Jr., Isaac Winslow, Antonio Winslow, all of Norfolk, and Dwight Smith of Charlotte, N.C.; her mother, Rachael S. Smith of Chesapeake; 13 grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Mount Zion Community Church, 2345 E. Indian River Road, Norfolk, by the Rev. Willie McNeal. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Community Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
