Mrs. Sprague was born July 17, 1934, near Independence, Ky., the daughter of Elmer and Marian C. Stone. She was a graduate of Holton High School.
On Oct. 2, 1954, she married Robert H. Sprague, and he survives, with three sons: Robert, Russell and Victor Sprague; two daughters: Mrs. James (Catherine) Klein and Mrs. Hans (Mary Lynn) Vandernoort; her mother, who resides in Columbus; six sisters: Mrs. Floyd (Phyllis) Miller, Napoleon, Mrs. Stan (Dolores) Syrocki, Sterling Heights, Mich., Shirley A. Nolan, Columbus, Mrs. Bob (Beverly) Marie Fisher, Farmville, Va., Mrs. Marvin Wayne (Marian) Hyatt, Columbus and Mrs. Charles (Irene) Wagner and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Russell Stone and a sister, Mary Laverne Stone.
She was employed by the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
Burial was in the Bridgetown Cemetery in Cincinnati.
