Visalia - Anatalia "Tala" of Goshen passed away on Friday, December 15, 2017 in Visalia at the age of 99. She was born on June 3, 1918 to Eusebio and Josefa Gonzales in Malaga, New Mexico.
She was a retired agriculture worker and loved crocheting blankets, gardening, puzzles and cooking. She always offered any visitor to her home to eat. Tala married Faustino Garcia and had one child, her beloved son Benito Garcia, Sr.
Anatalia is survived by her two brothers Manuel and Domingo (Paula) Gonzales; four grandchildren, Dae, Corrina (Joseph), Benito Jr., and Sondra; six great grandchildren, Alexis, Michael, Alyssa, Adam, Josiah of Visalia and Frankie of Santa Clara; many nieces, nephews, and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son and siblings, Joe, Trinidad, Eusebio Jr., Lupe, Sophia and Francis. Tala will be loved and missed by all.
Services will be held at Miller Memorial Chapel 1120 W. Goshen Ave., Visalia on Thursday, December 21, 2017. Visitation from 4-6pm, Service at 6pm, and Rosary at 7pm. Graveside Service on Friday, December 22, 2017 at 12noon at Visalia Public Cemetery District.
