Judy Kate Salyer 64 of Kingsport, passed away Thursday Oct. 18 2012, following a short period of declining health. She worked as a purchasing agent for Fluor Daniel/Ameco const. Judy was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents Andrew and Hazel Baines. Judy is survived by her daughter Letisha Summey and husband Chad; son Joey Salyer and wife Alice; grandchild Haley; step-grandchildren Sylvia and Greta; sister Rita Rogers; brother, Allen Baines and wife, Teresa; other siblings Barbara Carter, and Kenny Baines; best friend Betty Price; and several nephews, several great nieces, and a host of friends. The family will receive friends Sunday Oct. 21st from 3-5:00 P M at Hamlett-Dobson , Fall Branch. Graveside services will be conducted on Monday Oct. 22 at 11:00 A M, with Rev. Vic Wallace officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be family and friends. Flowers are welcome, but donations may be made to the charity of ones choice Thanks to T M F
