They just released the identity of the woman fatally shot in the head and dumped from a black Mercedes Sports Utility Vehicle, shortly after 2 p.m., Friday. Police confirmed the victim is 52-year-old Randi Gorenburg, of Boca Raton. Witnesses told police they heard gunshots and watched the SUV speed away from Lawton Chiles Memorial Park in Delray Beach. The SUV was later found in the Home Depot parking lot at Atlantic Avenue and Jog Road.
Police are searching the SUV for clues, and they say they have may have an idea who the suspect is.
