Mrs. Kathryn Harmon
March 06, 1925 - January 04, 2018 Mrs. Kathryn Harmon, daughter of the late Willie and Beatrice McKee Epperson, was born March 6, 1925 and she departed this life on January 4, 2018 having attained the age of 92 years.
She was united in marriage to Dr. Leonard Harmon on September 27, 1943. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include; two daughters, Marlene (and Rev. Stephen) Kinman of Dry Ridge, KY, and Reva (and Cliff) Williams of Somerset, KY; six grandchildren, Steve (and Elizabeth) Kinman, Joy (and Tom) Sparks, Lisa Williams Thomas, April (and Kevin) Saylor, Rev. Christopher (and Lee Ann) Williams, Dr. Jill (and Eric) Mitchell; eight great grandchildren, Thomas (and Cassie) Kinman, Bethany Kinman, J.T. Sparks, Josh Thomas, Emily Sparks, Wyatt Saylor, Clara Williams and Conor Williams; one brother, Gene (and Joanne) Epperson of Somerset, KY and one sister, Doris Hammond of Salem, IN

Other than her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Hobert and Edgar Epperson.

Kathryn was a wonderful helpmate to her husband and ministered along side him in the churches he pastored and the associations he directed. By his own words, he could not have been as successful in life had it not been for her. She and Dr. Harmon have traveled to all 50 states, and 10 different countries.

She received her undergraduate, and masters degree as well as her teaching certificate from Georgetown College. She taught many years in the Williamstown Independent school district as well as the Pendleton County School Districts.

The last 18 months of her life was spent at the Neighborhood Assisted Living Community where she stayed active in planning and attending events and other activities.
Mrs. Harmon was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church, she wonderful Christian lady who will be greatly missed by all who knew her and she leaves a host of relatives and friends who mourn her passing.

A funeral service will be held at Pulaski Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 with Rev. Ron Shepherd officiating. Burial will follow at the Lakeside Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday January 8, 2018
