Mrs. Hazel Arms Hall, age 78, of Rowe, Virginia, passed away Thursday (January 11, 2018) at the home of her son in Rowe, Virginia. Born April 27, 1939 in Rowe, Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Harvey Estil and Tora Faye Hess Arms. A lifelong resident of the Rowe area, she was of the Pentecostal faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph “Windy” Hall, infant daughter, Angela Yvonne Hall, and three siblings, C.B. Arms, Carl Denver Arms, and Linda Stiltner.
Survivors include her children, Douglas Rafford Hall and wife, Patricia, Kenneth Hall and wife, Vicky, Allen Wayne Hall and wife, Donna, and Richard Leon Hall; grandchildren, Bridget Michelle Hall and husband, Bryan, Tara Nicole Quinley and husband, Shane, and Morgan Hall; great-grandchildren, Chloe Abigail Keen and Preston Rafford Walker Keen; one sister, Dorothy Mae Ray; aunt, Eva Lou Owens; sister-in-law, Shirley Shortridge; several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Sunday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel, Honaker, Virginia with Rev. Leonard Meadows officiating. Interment will follow in the Hess-Nuckles Cemetery on Fletchers Ridge, Virginia.
Pallbearers will be Bryan Hall, Shane Quinley, Mark Hall, Michael Hall, Rusty Shortridge, and Carl Wayne Looney.
Honorary pallbearers will be Preston Keen and Chloe Keen.
The family will receive friends at the Honaker Funeral Home from 5 – 9 PM Saturday.
