Funeral services for Faye Benoit, 16, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elton P. Benoit of Route 1, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday from St. Henry Catholic Church. The Rev. Henry van Boxel, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Consolata Cemetery with the Hammer Funeral Home in charge. A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. today in the funeral home. Miss Benoit died Monday after collapsing during a physical education class at Marion High School. In addition to her parents, survivors are four brothers, Lynn and Glynn Benoit, U.S. Navy, stationed at Charleston, S.C and David and Douglas Benoit, both of Lake Charles. Also, one sister, Cynthia Benoit; her grandfather, Abel Benoit, both of Lake Charles; and a grandmother, Mrs. Lynne LeJeune of Iota.
