Mildred was born on January 18, 1932 and passed away on January 20, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Marvin Deason, Sr., a grandson; Joshua McDonald and her parents; Nancy and William Whittington; and 9 sisters and 3 brothers.
Mildred is survived by her son; Marvin E. Deason, Jr. and his wife, Brenda; and daughters, Linda Cunningham and her husband, John, Janelle McDonald and her husband, Jeff and Danelle Hudleston and her husband, Kenneth; her grandchildren, Quinton Deason and his wife, Lisa, Amanda Waldon amd husband, Kyle, John Cunningham, Jr. and his wife, Crystal, Krystal Luellen and her husband, Nathan, Joel McDonald and his wife, Robin, Brittany Cripps and her husband, Josh, Jennifer Emory and her husband Jerryd, Joseph Hudelston and his wife, Rattanna, Julia Albritton and her husband, Carey, Leah Balzano and her husband, Aaron. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
Mildred was a longtime employee of Bancroft Bag and later became a homemaker. She was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church.
A visitation for Mildred will be held Tuesday, January 23, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
