Murlene Kitchen (Baldwin) (King) passed away peacefully at her home in Georgetown, Texas on January 21, 2018.
Murlene was born July 18, 1934 in Alva, Oklahoma to Thomas Russell and Vera Beatrice (Tatum) King. She grew up primarily in Moore, Oklahoma and moved to Bartlesville in 1950 at the age of 16. Murlene married Robert Lee Baldwin on April 5, 1953. After raising her family in Bartlesville, she relocated to Branson, Missouri, but eventually made her way back to Moore, Oklahoma where she married William A. Kitchen.
Murlene was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Thomas Russell King II, and her husband William A. Kitchen. She is survived by one son, Gregory L. Baldwin of Moore, OK; one daughter, Kristi Baldwin Hynes and husband Mike of Georgetown, Texas, three grandsons, Gregory T. Baldwin and wife Kerry of Edmond, Okla.; Tyler Allen and Nicholas Hynes of Round Rock, Texas; one granddaughter, Haley Hynes of Georgetown, Texas and one great-grand daughter Avery Baldwin of Edmond, OK.
