Early Life: Flora was born November 1, 1919, in Bozeman, Montana, a daughter of Thomas Latshaw and Ina Belless Tinder.
Life’s Work | Service | Interests: On September 5, 1936, she was married to Elmer Lee Stephens; they were married 57 years and blessed with seven children. Flora and Elmer's happiest times were when they were with their children and grandchildren. Following Elmer’s passing in 1993, she lived in Corvallis, Montana, until 2005, then moved in with her daughter, Flora Lee, for 12 years. She enjoyed traveling with her family to Laramie, Wyoming, Coeur D’Alene, Idaho, Spokane, Washington, two trips to Hawaii, Yellowstone Park, Disneyland, family reunions in California, and all the fun summer family get togethers. Flora loved to watch football, especially the Griz, Denver Broncos and Raiders. The last few months her new home was at Discovery Care Centre. The love and care she received from everyone there made her last days special. She loved visiting and kidding around with all the caregivers. She also looked forward to church and bible study at the Centre. She will be greatly missed by all who love her.
