She was born on April 12, 1945 in Pontiac to the late Lyle Frederick Edwards and Shirley Walden.
She was also preceded by her sister, Fredrica Ann Edwards in 1941 and grandson, Brandon Regan on May 6, 2016.
She married James F. Regan on October 12, 1963 in St. Clair, Michigan.
She enjoyed flowering gardening, and nature. She especially enjoyed feeding and watching the birds and deer at the couples secluded home set in the woods. She was loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by her husband, James F. Regan; five children, Erin (Khalil) Khameneh, James (Traci) Regan, David (Linda) Regan, Brian (Angela) Regan and Jason (Kellie) Regan; 12 grandchildren, Shawn, Amanda, James, Jessica, Jennifer, Victoria, Samantha, Nicole, Madison, Andrew, Ethan and Nicholas; great-grandson, Maverick; brother Carl Edwards; her beloved labradoodle, "Maddie".
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service in the spring is being planned.
