He is survived by his sons, Joshua Waters (Nydia) of Houston, Texas, Timothy Waters, Jr. (Mandy) of Chiefland, and Jonathan Waters of Chiefland; granddaughter, Isabelle Waters; mother, Thelma Waters of Plant City; and siblings, Darrell Waters (Jackie) of Plant City, Doyle Waters (Marguerite) of Lakeland, and Rose Goodall (Dale) of Plant City. He was preceded in death by his father, Ed Waters; and sister, Debbie Waters.
