Leonarda Razos Billwayen, born on Jan. 3, 1956, in Marcos Ilocos Norte, Philppines, passed away on July 18, 2015, at the age of 59 on Kauai.
She is preceded in death by her sisters, Carmelita Razos and Florenda Razos from the Philippines, and her husband Manzano Billwayen.
Leonarda is survived by her son Mark Gil Razos Billwayen of Kilauea; brother Hipolito (Florie) Razos of Kapaa; sister Rosita Razos of Kilauea; nieces, Beverlie Razos of Kapaa, Jenefer Razos of Kapaa, and Gladys Razos of Kapaa; and nephew, Henson Razos of Kapaa.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, Aug. 8, 2015 at the St. Sylvester Church in Kilauea. Visitation will be at 8 am with services at 10 am and burial to follow at the Kilauea Japanese Cemetery.
