Willis Lawson Reynolds of College Place, WA lost his battle to cancer on Feb. 3, 2015 in Seattle, WA.
Willis was born to William D. and Alice(Doan)Reynolds in Kuna, ID where he was raised on the familys dairy farm. He graduated from Kuna HIgh School in 1950.
He spent eight years in the U.S. Coast Guard. At Idaho State University he met and married Virginia (Jenny) Averett. He later graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Engineering.
He spent his career working for the Army Corps of Engineers, stationed in Walla Walla, WA.
He is preceded in death by his parents: William and Alice, three sisters: Jeannie, Dorothy and Norma, one brother: Warren Reynolds and a brother-in-law: William Cronemiller.
He is survived by his daughter Cory (Kevin) Frisbee of St. George, UT, his two grandchildren: Shane of the Philippines and Danielle, also of St. George UT, two sisters: Louise Marshall of Kuna, ID and Freda Cronemiller of Petaluma, CA, a sister-in-law: Teresa Reynolds of Kuna, ID and his brother: Willard (Patsy) Reynolds of Nampa, ID. Also surviving Willis are numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
At Willis request, there will be no services.
