Anthony Wallace Scott was a resident of the city of Philadelphia , PA at the time of his passing, however had lived in several states for a time over the course of his life. He is survived by a young child daughter, Amber, and an adult son, Julian. He passed suddenly on December 17, 2017. He is also survived by a brother, and two sisters. as well as two grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. His parents have gone to their resting place prior to his passing.
