Mrs. Mary Hanselman, 56 years old, wife of Ernst Hanselman of Oran, died of diabetes at Southeast Missouri Hospital at 11 o'clock Monday night, after being a patient at the hospital a week.
Mrs. Hanselman was born Feb. 13, 1881, in Madison County, Illinois, and was married to Mr. Hanselman at Highland, Illinois, in 1911. The family moved to a farm south of Oran in 1913 and later moved to Oran.
Surviving are two children, Mrs. Viola Pryor of Chaffee and Orville Hanselman of Oran; four grandchildren, a brother, William Hartman of Highland and a sister, Mrs. Louise Lynd of St. Louis.
Funeral services are to be conducted from the Baptist Church at Oran at 2 p.m. Thursday, and burial will be at the Friend cemetery.
