Mrs. Eric (Mabelle M. Martt) May, 86, of Albuquerque, N. M., formerly of Newton, died Saturday in Anna Kaseman Hospital, Albuquerque, N. M. Funeral services will be in Pulliam Funeral Home, Newton. Burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery, Newton. Mrs. May was a member of P.E.O., Central Jasper Extension Unit and the Presbyterian Church. She married Eric Oscar "E.O." May, Sept. 12, 1912, in Newton. He died in 1965.
Surviving are her son, Merrill of Lafayette, Ind.; sisters, Mrs. James Collier of Ironton, Ohio; Mrs. Genevieve Campbell of Columbus, Ohio. - Decatur Herald, Decatur, IL, Feb 9, 1975
