PRINCETON – William “Billy Joe” Repass, 74, of Lexington, NC formerly of Princeton died Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. He was a graduate of Concord College with a degree in social work where he helped many people with substance abuse problems.
Born March 11, 1943 in Princeton he was the son of the late James Augustus Repass (Deceased) and Lillian A. Bowen-Repass-Hill (1920-1964). He was preceded in death by infant siblings, Lane Augustus Repass (1946–1947) and Robertia Ann Repass (1950–1950).
Survivors include his son, Joey Repass and wife Elaine Repass of Lexington, NC; grandchildren, Jake Repass, Morgan Repass and Hannah Repass; brothers, Dewayne Repass of FL, Randall Repass of Princeton and Captain Larry Repass of GA; and sisters, Ravina Repass-Nailor of MI and Nancy Repass-Cole of Fairmont.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Rowland H. Bailey Funeral Chapel with his brother, Rev. Dewayne Repass officiating. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park in Princeton.
