Mr. Lamar West, age 79, of Wingo passed away on April 8, 2018 at Diversicare of Fulton, KY.
He was a member of Pryorsburg Independent Bible Methodist Church and a retired roofer and owner of Mr. Eds Lawn Service.
Mr. West is survived by his wife, Carol Harrison West; three daughters, Marlesa (Flint) Speed of Fancy Farm, KY, Teena (Brad) Burgess of Wingo, KY and Luella (Mike) Smith of Fort Payne, AL; five grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by four brothers, Raymond West, Henry West, Howard West and Charles Joe West; one sister, Nina Sue Wright; one daughter, Sharon Irene West; and his parents, Charlie and Irene Sullins West.
Funeral services for Mr. Lamar West will be 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Mickey Fowler will officiate. Interment will follow at Highland Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Eric Smith, Anthony Reynolds, Greg Morris, Richard Crider, Rocky Lucy and Jose Garcia. Honorary pallbearers will be Alan Clack and Robert Pearce.
Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at the funeral home.
