Walter “Doug” Castle, age 90 of Dayton, passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2018. Doug had retired from General Motors. Doug was a long time member of Salem Church of God and a member of the Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his daughter: Joanna, 3 step-sons: Thomas, David, Michael, and by numerous loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and many dear friends. Doug is preceded in death by his parents: Ernest and Clara Castle, his wife: Juanita Castle, and siblings Ed Castle, Bea Combs, and Ruby Cook. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 20, 2018 at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood) with Rev. Richard Triplett officiating. Interment will follow the service at Bethel Cemetery.
