Death of Mrs Ann Stafford
The announcement of the death of Mrs Ann Whitehead Stafford, who died yesterday afternoon after a long illness at the residence of her son, Dr John J Stafford, No 514 6th street, caused very wide and profound regret. She was the widow of John G Stafford, and Rev Father D J Stafford of St Patrick's Church is her son. Mrs Stafford had been a resident of this city for forty years, and had always been identified with charitable and religious work. She was sixty nine years old. Solemn requiem mass will be celebrated at St Dominic's Church, and the burial will be in Mount Olivet cemetery.
