Addison Sawyer Floyd of Owensville, Mo., died on Monday, April 30, 2018, at St. Louis Children's Hospital in St. Louis.

She was born on October 7, 2013, to William II and Jennifer (Echols) Floyd at Washington. She had reached the age of four years, six months and 23 days.

Addison is survived by her parents, William II and Jennifer Floyd of Owensville; brother, Tyler Floyd and sister, Cailin Floyd both of the home; paternal grandparents, William Floyd and wife Susan of Fairview, W.V. and Kathryn Biafore and husband Jeff of Barrakville, W.V.; maternal grandparents, Phillip and Crystal Echols of Cuba; paternal great-grandparents, Joy Anderson of Bridgeport, W.V.; maternal great-grandparents, Neveda Shanks and Jackson and Geraldine Bomback all of Owensville.

Visitation will be on Friday, May 4 from 9-11 a.m. at Gottenstroeter Chapel in Owensville.

Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel with Pastor Les Dority officiating. Burial will be in Licklider Cemetery at Cuba.
