MUSTACCHIO- Anna, of Commack, after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Beloved wife of the late John G. Mustacchio. Devoted mother of Gina and son-in-law Ralph Carlucci. Predeceased by her son George Anthony Mustacchio. Grandmother of four: Anthony (Crystal), Elizabeth, Daniella (Anthony Clemente) and George. Great grandmother of one cherished great-grandson, Anthony B. Clemente. Predeceased by her sisters Nunziata Romano (Pippo), Josephine Albano (Al). Beloved sister of Domenic (Angelina), Nino (Lucia), Matteo, and Angelo. Beloved aunt of many nieces and nephews. Anna left a beautiful Garden that will bloom every Spring. With every Petal will be a memory of an amazing Mom and Grandmother. We will take care of her fish pond just as she asked. I will always love you Mom. Reposing Nolan & Taylor-Howe Funeral Home, 5 Laurel Avenue, Northport. Funeral Mass Saturday 9:15 AM St. Anthony of Padua Church, East Northport. Interment St. Charles Cemetery.
