OZARK, ARK. - Former Borger resident, Louis J. Knight, 63, died Sunday, November 28, at his home in Ozark, Ark.
Memorial services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 1 at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel, with C.A. Kuykendall officiating.
He retired from Phillips Petroleum Company and has been an western artist. He had been featured artist at the Museum of Big Bend in Alpine.
He served in the Army during the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Maxine; three sons, Lyle Dene, Oklahoma City, Okla.; Lonnie Dale of Ozark and Louis Darin of Booneville, Ark.; one daughter, Larisse Harrod of Ozark; one sister, Dorine Dees of Amarillo; 11 grandchildren.
