In the 1910 census, Patrick Burns, age 44, is widowed and living in Cohoes with his son Earl, 15, and his sister Anna J. Bradbury, 47, with her husband, John F. Bradbury.

Patrick Burns of 295 Vliet St. extension died while inside the Cooper soft drink parlor, 26 Willow St., Cohoes, at 6:30 o'clock. Heart disease was the cause of his death per Dr. A. M. Breault, Coroner's Physician. He had always resided in Cohoes and was a member of St. Agnes' Church. He is survived by a son, Earl Burns, and a sister, Mrs. Anna Bradbury.
