Tony "Flash" Turner, age 52 of Winchester, passed away on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at his residence. A native of Franklin County, he was born on January 23, 1966 to the late Russell and Sally Jane Turner. Before his illness, Flash was employed as a truck driver, and he enjoyed fishing, gardening, and carpentry work in his spare time. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Bruce Wayne Turner. He is survived by several dear friends. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Mt. Garner Cemetery in Decherd.
