Services for Mrs. Ellen E. Mahar, 27, of Columbus, Ohio, formerly of Syracuse, who died Saturday in Columbus, will be at 8:15 a.m. Wednesday at Greenleaf Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. in Most Holy Rosary Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and tomorrow at the funeral home, 503 W. Onondaga St.
Surviving are her husband, John J.; two daughters, Colleen M. and Catherine E.; a son, John D.; her parents, Dr. and Mrs. Paul McMahon; four sisters. Mrs. David Curtin of Voorheesville, Mrs. Charles Rauch of Detroit, Mich., and Christine and Elizabeth McMahon; three brothers, Paul L., Joseph H. and Peter G., and her paternal grandmother, Mrs. H. Ambrose.
