Richard "Mickey" Bialek, age 58, of 6020 Johnston Dr., Two Rivers, Wis., died Friday evening September 17, 1993, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 21, 1993, at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Two Rivers. Presiding will be the Rev. David Scherbarth with burial to follow at the Knollwood Memorial Gardens, town of Kossuth.

He was born August 3, 1935, in Manitowoc, son of the late Edwin and Alice Brechert Bialek Sr. He served with the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He married the former Sandra Defaut on April 13, 1958, at Our Saviors Church, Two Rivers. He was the owner of Auto Cool Radiator and Air Conditioning Repair Shop of Manitowoc for 14 years. He was a member of the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Two Rivers, and served as a church council member; he was also a member of the Amvets Post No. 99 of Manitowoc.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra Bialek; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Steve Bialek, Milwaukee, Stacey and Sheila Bialek, Two Rivers; two daughters and one son-in-law, Kerri and Greg Vallenta, Two Rivers, Kelly Bialek, Two Rivers; two granddaughters, Jessica and Emily Valenta; a mother-in-law, Mrs. Violet Last, Two Rivers; brothers and sisters-in-law, Paul and Marlene Bialek, Fla.; Frank and LaVyonne Bialek, Fla., Allen and Sandra Bialek, Manitowoc, James and Nancy BIalek, Manitowoc, Mrs. Edwin (LaVern) Bialek, Manitowoc; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jerry and Edwin Weinicke, Manitowoc, Pauline and Richard Wolfert, Sheboygan, Judy and Eugene Kreischer, Two Rivers, Kenneth and his wife, Connie Holschbach, Manitowoc, Harold Mahnke. He is further survived by one sister-in-law, Kim and her husband Tom Rezek, Tisch Mills, niece, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.
