She was married to Lincoln Hayward on February 10, 1918.

5 Daughters: Mary M. Wilson, Blossie Bell Childs, Lucile Blackmon, Alice May Holmes and Julia Mae Thomas.
4 Sons: Rev. Nathaniel Hayward, Eddie C. Hayward, Elijah Hayward and Essex Hayward.
87 Grandchildren, 191 Great Grandchildren, 47 Great Great Grandchildren.
Services were held Saturday, February 8, 1997 at 2PM in the Sanctuary of Spring creek Baptist Church in Elko, Georgia.
