Arlet Zetta McKinney Smith, 101, of Corinne, passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Wyoming Nursing and Rehab Center.
Born May 14, 1917 at Ghent.
Arlet was a homemaker, the last surviving member of her immediate family, member of the Highland Avenue Baptist Church, and resided 44 years in Corinne.
In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her first husband, Delbert Roy McKinney; her second husband, Bill Smith; one daughter, Judith Ann Felton; and two granddaughters, Kim McMullen and Holly McKinney.
Those left to cherish her memory include her two daughters, Mary Taylor of Gaithersburg, MD and Kathy Garrett and her husband, Rob of Marlboro, MD; her three sons, Don McKinney of Hume, VA, Jerry McKinney of Phoenix, NY, and David McKinney and his wife, Sherry of Corinne; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
Services will be 12 Noon, Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Tankersley Funeral Home Chapel, Mullens with Don McKinney and Jerry McKinney officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Beckley.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
