Edward was the son of Jesse Albert & Anna Lilly Craft. He first married Bessie Mae Rainey, 8 Feb 1944, Benton Harbor, Berrien County, Michigan. They divorced 28 May 1947, Berrien County, Michigan.
He then Dorothy Louise White Richey, 23 Jun 1947.

St. Joseph — Edward M. Craft, 74, of St. Joseph, formerly of Charleston, died Monday (Feb. 19, 1996) at Lakeland Continuing Care Center, St. Joseph.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Mound Cemetery in Charleston. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. today at the Dey-Florin Chapel, Florin Funeral Services, St. Joseph.
He was born Dec. 25, 1921, in Attica, Ind. He married Dorothy L. White; she survives.
Other survivors include a son, Robert K. Richey of Corunna, Mich.; a daughter, Sandra L. Richey, of Owosso, Mich.; two brothers, John R. Harper of Benton Harbor and Robert Craft; two sisters, Margaret Adams of Dowagiac, Mich., and June Ann Weaver, Benton Harbor; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Craft was employed at Ireland-Lester Concrete Company, St. Joseph, for 48 years and retired in 1995 from Leco Corporation, where he was a security guard. He was an Army veteran of WW II.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
