Abridge (or Arbridge) was the son of Celia Ann (Lacey) and William H Garrett. He was born about 1859 most likely in New Boston or Keithsburg, Illinois. He only shows up in one census record and that is in 1860. It shows all the family as being born in Ohio, but his parents were married in Mercer County, so I'm assuming all the children were also born in Mercer County and not Ohio.
The 1870 census record shows his mother living in New Boston. FAM#2 Celia A Garrett 36 Keeping House; children: Elmore Garrett 13, Aaron Garrett 11, Hamlin Garrett 10, Clara Garrett 9 & Docia A Garrett 7. His father is not listed with the family in 1870 or 1880 and neither is Abridge? In the 1900 census Celia is listed as the mother of 6 children - 4 living, so I'm assuming Abridge passed away sometime between the 1860 and the 1870 census.
