Livingston Taylor life came to an end on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at the age of 79 at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, Tennessee. Livingston was born on June 3, 1939 in Haywood County, Tennessee to the parents of the late William and Christina Taylor.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory his son, William (Pamela) Taylor; daughter, Lisa Taylor; step-son, Fontaine (Tarica) Thomas; grandchildren, Victoria Taylor, Sierra Yancy, Fontaine (Frankie) Thomas, Jr., and Chase Thomas; brothers, Cleve Taylor, Houston Taylor and Eddie Taylor; sisters, Mildred Bonds, Jean Franklin and Tennessee "Tina" Young; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Mr. Taylor will lie in state on Saturday, July 28, 2018 from 2 until 6 at Waters Funeral Home.
Visitation with family, Sunday July 29, 2018 from 1 until 2 at Shorter Chapel A.M.E. Church, 255 Natchez Street, Franklin, Tennessee with funeral to follow. Reverend Kenneth H. Hill, Phd., officiating. Interment Monday, July 30, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at Harpeth Hills Memorial Gardens, Nashville, Tennessee.
