John Davidson, Jr. was one of at least nine children born to Reverend John Davidson and Rachel Ellis. He died September 10, 1838 and was buried in "Green Hill" the Davidson Family Homestead. His parents, younger brother, Willis Presnell, and sister-in-law, Elizabeth Lovelace Davidson were also interred on their family's farm. Some of his other siblings went West to Oregon and California. May they All Rest in Peace in Heaven.
