Nancy Ellen Moore Coghill, 61, of Madison, died Thursday, May 3, 2007, at University of Cincinnati Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.
She was born Sept. 19, 1945, in Madison, the daughter of John H. Jr. and Mary Frances Robinson Moore. She was a 1964 graduate of Madison Consolidated High School. She was employed at Rogers Drug Store during high school and worked there for 20 years. She later began a career with Grote Industries, working in production for the past 12 years. She was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church and Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.
She is survived by her parents, Louis and Mary F. Robinson DeCar of Madison; one daughter, Alice Messer of Madison; three grandchildren; and several cousins and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her father, who died Sept. 14, 1945, and her ex-husband, Louis Coghill, whom she married Sept. 18, 1964, and who died March 30, 1999.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8 p.m. today and Sunday from noon until the service.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the American Diabetes Association. Contribution cards are available at the funeral home.
