Gladys F. Whittinghill, 86, Brookville Manor, Indianapolis died Wednesday, following an extended illness.
Born July 29, 1899 in Elwood, she was the daughter of Hugh M. and Elizabeth Davies.
She was a retired secretary for the Tucker Freight Line in Indianapolis.
Survivors include one son, Robert Whittinghill of Indianapolis, four granddaughters and five great-grandchildren.
There will be no calling hours. Gravesides services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday at the Elwood City Cemetery. Rev. Ed Finley will officiate. The Copher and Fesler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
