Obituary for Carl D. Bishop
BISHOP, Carl D. age 74, of Morrow, passed away peacefully Thurs. Dec. 10, 2015 at Hospice of Southwest Ohio with family and friends at his side. Carl retired from Steelcraft Manufacturing in Cincinnati and was a member of the Church of Living Waters in Lebanon. He was the past master of the Butlerville Lodge F & A.M. 135, past high priest of the Blanchester Chapter, past master of the Blanchester Council #114, former member of Wilmington Commandry #37, 32nd degree member of the Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton, and two times past worthy patron of Morrow O.E.S. He greatly enjoyed hunting, gardening, and was very active in the Masonic Lodge. He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Sandra Lynn Bishop in 2010; his parents Leonard and Lydia Bishop; one brother Roy Bishop, and three sisters Ivy Clause, Helen Osborne, and Ethel Sunnycalb. He is survived by two sons Tim (Patricia) Bishop of Kokomo, IN and Gerald Bishop of Morrow; one daughter Karla Adams of Morrow; two grandchildren Brandon (Niesje) Bishop of Kokomo, IN and Kyle Adams of Morrow; two great grandchildren Cruz and Kannon Bishop of Kokomo, IN; one brother Ben (Debbie) Bishop of Lebanon; one sister Maggie Couch of New Market; and best friend Ed Creech. Private memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville is serving the family.
