Ada Sanchez Barber, 96 years old, passed away peacefully July 27, 2004, in The Woodlands, Texas.
Mrs. Barber was born in Laredo.
Mrs. Barber was preceded in death by her beloved husband Charles Barber; her parents, Mr. Jose R. Sanchez and Mrs. Ida Dodd Sanchez; and her brothers, Jose Sanchez, Tomas R. Sanchez, and Antonio R. Sanchez, Sr.
She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A private graveside service was held Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2004, at 2:30 p.m. in the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Arrangements were under the direction of Hillside Funeral Home, 310 Hillside Road.
