Mildred L. Clemens Siciliano, 89, of Colonie, died Sunday, September 14, 2003 at Childs Nursing Home after a brief illness. She was born in Cohoes and was the daughter of the late Henry and Florence Wynkoop Hervieux. Mildred was an Albany resident for most of her life. She was a member of the St. Francis DeSales Senior Citizens. Mildred was the wife of the late Charles L. Clemens and Angelo M. Siciliano. She is the devoted mother of Charles R. Clemens of Saratoga Lake and Jean M. Fogarty of Guilderland. She is the sister of Dorothy Hervieux, Donald Hervieux and the late Harry Hervieux. She is the beloved Gram of Jesse L. Fogarty, Charles P. Clemens and Molly Kate Clemens. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Thursday morning at 10:15 at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Avenue) thence to Our Lady of Mercy Church, Wilson Ave., Colonie at 11:00 where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Homeless Action Committee, 393 No. Pearl Street, Albany, NY 12207.
