Hervieux; father of Charles R., Mrs. Lawrence (Jean) Fogarty; grandfather of Jesse Fogarty; brother of Paul and Michael Clemens and the late James M. and Mary C. Clemens; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Thursday morning [Aug. 24] at 9 o'clock from the Magin & Keegan Funeral Home, 891 Madison Ave., Albany, and 9:30 o'clock at St. Vincent de Paul's Church where a Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated. Interment will be in St. Agnes' Cemetery, Menands.
