Theresa Dzwonkowski Karamanlis, 60, of Camillus died Wednesday at Community-General Hospital.
Born in Elmira, she lived in the Syracuse area most of her life.
Mrs. Karamanlis retired in 1996 as an office administrator for medical procurement for the Army after 20 years of service.
She was a communicant of Holy Family Church.
Surviving are her husband, Peter; a son, David Dzwonkowski of Camillus; two stepdaughters, Georgia O'Hara of Syracuse and Stella Karamanlis of Clearwater, Fla.; two brothers John Sardo of Clearwater, Fla., and Robert Sardo of Horseheads; a sister, Lorraine Broock of Elmira; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services are 9:15 a.m. Friday at Giminski-Wysocki Funeral Home and 10 a.m. in Holy Family Church. Burial is in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Warners.
Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home, 1320 W. Genesee St., Syracuse.
