Haught, Edith E., 85, of Folsom, WV, passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2018 at the United Hospital Center. She was born February 11, 1933 in Lumberport, WV, the daughter of the late Meredith and Hattie Edgell Holt. Edith is the wife of Everett W. Haught for 71 years. Married March 8, 1947. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by four brothers, Olas Holt, Richard Holt, Kippie Holt and Marian Holt, three sisters, Edra Dennison, Elsie Cottrill and Helen Amos. Two grandchildren and a great great grandchild. Surviving are six children, James E. (Bessie) Haught of Smithfield, WV, Roger (Valeria) Haught of Man, WV, Linda (Bobby) Nuzum of Folsom, WV, Brenda Haught of Folsom, WV, Jennifer (Bill) Shuman of Jacksonburg, WV and Mary Perdue of Rockymount, VA. A sister, Garnet Barker of Columbus, OH. Ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 3-7 at Palmer Funeral Home, Pine Grove, WV, where the services will be Held on Wednesday at Noon. Interment at the Stout Run Cemetery, Folsom, WV.
