Elizabeth J. "Betty" Beaupre, age 88, a resident of Sturgeon Bay, WI and Lake Placid, FL, formerly of Manitowoc, died early Monday morning, Feb. 15, 2016, in Sebring, FL.

Betty was born in Manitowoc on July 8, 1927, to the late George W. and Florence (Meisnest) Kiel. She was a 1945 graduate of Manitowoc Lincoln High School and married Clifford J. Beaupre on April 5, 1945 at First Reformed Church in Manitowoc. Betty and Cliff spent 70 wonderful years enjoying life together. Betty was an owner and Real Estate Broker of Beaupre & Son Builders. After retirement, Betty and Cliff spent 35 years between Florida and Door County, WI, where they made many life long friends. Betty thoroughly enjoyed cooking, traveling and spending time with her wonderful family and friends. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a very loving, caring wife, mother and grandmother. Her entire family will miss her dearly.

Survivors include her husband, Clifford J. Beaupre; her children: Dagmar (Jim) Harrison; Dr. William Beaupre and fiancé Christine Lehman; Pennae (Scott) Fawcett; Dr. Dan (Sara) Beaupre; and Kris Beaupre; her grandchildren: Brett (Chawna) Beaupre; Chad (Mandy) Fawcett; Kevin Fawcett and fiancé Jill Litrenta; Darby Harrison; and great-grandchildren: Trey & Isla Fawcett. She is further survived by one sister-in-law, Joyce Kiel of Beaver Dam; and many special nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her beautiful grandson, Cooper James Beaupre on April 13, 2011; one sister: Marion (Earl) Larson; and three brothers: Lester (Beatrice) Kiel, Milton (Dorothy) Kiel, and Elwood (Joyce) Kiel.

A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Betty's name.
