She was born January 18, 1889 in Chestnut Yard, Va. and had resided in this district for 15 years.
She is survived by the following children Goldie, wife of Thomas Barton, RD 1, Canonsburg; Mrs. Ethel Refosco, Canonsburg RD 1; James Bryant, Baltimore, Md.; Ruth, wife of Charles Popovich, Cleveland, O. She also leaves 19 grandchildren, one great granddaughter; three brothers John Atkins, RD 1 Canonsburg; Lawrence Atkins, New Kensington; Earl Atkins, New Kensington and one sister, Jennie Atkins, Galax, Va.
Friends are being received at Yoney's Funeral Home where services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 14 at 1:30 p.m. followed by services at 2 p.m. in the First Christian Church in charge of the Rev. Lester Phillips, Bridgeville. Burial will be in Oak Spring Cemetery. John F. Yoney, funeral director.
