She was born January 21, 1897, in New Kensington, a daughter of Frank and Bertha Taylor Lowman.
Surviving are her husband, William T. Potts Sr.; one daughter, Edith, wife of George Riggs of Houston; two sisters: Mrs. Hazel Beadling, of Bridgeville, and Mrs. Pearl Dixon, of Canonsburg RD 1; six grandchildren and 13 great - grandchildren.
One son, William T. Potts Jr., is deceased.
