Mrs. William Holmes Vincent, 81, of 1224 Pine Grove Ave., Brookhaven, died Tuesday In Miami, Florida.
Mrs. Vincent was the widow of William Holmes Vincent, for six years comptroller, of the Atlanta & West Point Railroad. She was formerly Miss Amy Duncan.
A native of Davenport, Iowa, Mrs. Vincent had lived In Atlanta 25 years. She was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday In St. Luke's church. The Rev. Wilson W. Sneed will officiate.
Burial will be in Westview Cemetery.
Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. D. B. Hardin of Pass Christian, Miss., Mrs. J. C. Woolf of Opalocka, Fla., and Mrs. W. P. Woolf Jr. of Atlanta, and two sisters, Miss H. Anne Duncan and Miss Grace W. Duncan, both of Pass Christian.
