Mrs. James Edwards
Mrs. James Edwards of Montague Township, whose death occurred on Saturday, had long been in poor health. She had not been in good physical condition for a great many years. But strange today, she was but a short while confined to bed before the end came. Her maiden name was Eliza Hannah and she had been a widow several years. Her age was 72 years. The funeral will take place this afternoon to St. Bede's Church and cemetery. Surviving her are three sons, Robert and James on the homestead, and William in Smiths Falls; Benjamin Hannah, a brother in Parry Sound; Mrs. James Bingham, a sister, lives in Belleville, and Mrs. John Lucy, another sister, has her home in the Canadian West. Chief Phillips of Smiths Falls is a nephew. [ Through her husband's sister Margaret]
